We’ve launched a new corporate website for Lands Improvement Holdings, a land and property development company with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and strategic land assets.
The brief was straightforward but not simple. LIH needed a digital presence that could speak to multiple audiences at once: investors wanting financial detail, planning authorities requiring technical documentation, local communities seeking engagement information, and partners evaluating collaboration opportunities. Each group needs different things from the same platform.
We built the site on Craft CMS, giving LIH a single control panel to manage their portfolio presentations, planning materials, and community engagement resources. The architecture allows detailed project showcases with supporting documentation while keeping the overall experience approachable for non-technical stakeholders.
A key requirement was secure stakeholder portal areas where different user groups could access relevant documentation and communications without navigating through irrelevant information. Craft’s flexible user permissions system made this possible without creating complexity for the LIH team managing it all.
The platform strikes a balance between corporate professionalism and accessibility. Technical audiences get the depth of information they need, community stakeholders get transparency, and LIH’s team get an efficient tool for managing communications across their development portfolio.
